“Cross-Training” TUs Allowed for Re-Certification:
The Colorado Water and Wastewater Facility Operators Certification Board has changed the regulation for training unit credits for certification renewal to allow “cross-training.” For example, to renew a water certification, 50% of TUs must be in the water core, the other 50% can be in any other discipline or supplemental. Therefore, we encourage you to consider cross-training opportunities at our school.
