School to be held at the Radisson Hotel & Conference Center in Longmont
You are urged to pre-register online, by fax, or by mail before October 31, 2008. Registration is not complete until the fee has been paid. Payment may be made by check, cash, VISA, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, or Diners Club. If you are paying by credit card, be sure to complete the appropriate section of the registration form so that we may debit your account. All fees must be paid prior to or at on-site registration. Purchase orders are not accepted.
Cancellation Policy
You must send a written notice of cancellation by fax at 303-492-5959 or by e-mail at confreg@housing.colorado.edu. Please include the name of the conference, the participant name, and the reason for not attending. There will be a $50 processing fee for any cancellation received after October 31, 2008.
